Monthly Steering Committee Minutes for 2006

OMVNA Steering Committee Meeting
October 25, 2006

Officers Attending: Meridith Segall, Aaron Grossman, Kim Copher, Margaret Abe-Koga and Jamil Shaikh
Officers Not Attending: Nikol Jackson, Megan Pecson and Ken Rosenberg

7:06 pm meeting was called to order

Master of Ceremonies: Aaron Grossman called meeting to order, did the introduction, and set the agenda for the general meeting.

Aaron explained the function of the neighborhood association spoke about the newsletter and called for volunteers to deliver the newsletter.

He then introduced the candidates for the steering committee for the upcoming term and had each one stand up to introduce themselves.

Aaron offered anyone in the room the opportunity to nominate someone for any office up for the upcoming term including themselves, no one did, so we moved on to the vote.

The candidates were as follows:

Aaron called for a vote: All in favor of electing all the candidates to office with a 22 in favor and 0 opposed. All were elected into the Steering Committee. We then moved on to the candidate forum.
