1. Introductions and Announcements

• Secretary to be in charge of correspondence received
• Discussion to move February Meeting away from Valentines Day not met with consensus
• Next meeting February 14, 2005

2. Approval of Minutes

• December Minutes changes proposed to approve February Meeting
• January Meeting Minutes to approve February Meeting

3. CERT and Financial Update

Financial Update

• Total OMVNA $6377 (CERT $0)
• Aaron sent financial data for last 12 months
• Cost of Newsletter $310 x 8 issues
• Treasurer’s records date back to January 1999 (started at ~$1,000)
• Discussion that ~$6,000 is what we want to maintain for 2 years without income

CERT

• Proposal from Aaron for $150 to replenish funds
• Break-in update and discussion regarding stolen PA System
• Motion by Kim to move $300 to CERT for incidentals – Second by Erin. Motion passed.
• CERT currently has stockpile of kits for 6-7 people
• 24 volunteers attended General CERT Meeting along with visitors form Monte Loma and Cuesta Park
• Grant is good through June therefore sufficient for one more training

4. Newsletter

• Currently have 3 articles for the next issue
• Main advertisers have renewed
• CityCar Share in Mountain View no longer exists – therefore no need for future ads
• Kim Copher, Coldwell Banker agent, willing to submit ad if needed
• Tom Matula to finalize Wells Fargo discussions for future ad space

5. General Meeting

• Scheduled for Saturday, February 5, 1-3pm, Multi-use Room at Landels School
• Landels School Cost is $50 to lock and unlock
• Aaron to request to borrow PA System from Boris
• Program Discussion
• Storyteller cannot attend
• Nancy Blockman has been requested re: Google for kids
• Ken’s wife – as a back-up plan
• Suggestions for kids entertainment
